This House, built in the late eighteenth century, was the home of the Feitor de Ventozelo. The Overseer was the most important person in the daily life of the estate, responsible for guiding all the work as if it were his lands. Later, in the twentieth century, Casa do Feitor was expanded to serve as housing for the owners.

This is the first House we found upon arriving at Ventozelo.
It has privileged access, 5 double rooms and a suite adapted for guests with reduced mobility. All rooms overlook the terraces of the Quinta and their natural and contemporary décor uses typical materials from the region, reviving their culture and tradition. Guests can also enjoy a shared spring-facing terrace over the orange grove and a large living room with a west-facing glazed balcony that overlooks the chapel square, overlooking the Douro River and Pinhão village from afar.
